Martinsburg wv 07/12/2019 approx. 7:30 pm i observed 3 tic-tac shaped objects moving across the southern sky due sw. objects were well above regular commercial or military flight altitude and moving quickly. objects had no visible air traffic lighting and were very light reflective. observed objects in separated triangular formation about a mile apart. objects eventually made erratic elevation turn and vanished.
