My wife and i were sitting on our back covered porch looking over mountains and the lake. out of nowhere a bright green object was shooting at us like a fiery roman candle. it stopped no more than 200 feet and lit up bright green. maybe 150-200 feet long cigar /rocket looking. hovered above water for maybe 25-30 seconds. it then had propulsion like colors from rear end illuminate so bright and shot straight up and out of site within a mere few seconds. this is as real as it gets. we are both educated and bright and we were in awe. we both were transfixed on it not saying a word. it then in seconds shot off in sky and we looked at each other in awe and described the exact same thing
