So at 9pm i went to take the dog out, i walk her around the long drive we have to the main road and back. on my return i was looking forward at the sky, towards rishworth moor/ hebden bridge hill side, when i saw what i thought was a plane in the clouds with the headlights reflecting forward at a short distance, also in the cloud, like i've seen with many planes. then the first bright light seemed to extract another light behind it along with a orange streak like line. i actual started to think it was some sort of sideway firework or meteor, it actually looked like when a firework is released and it pops out a ball then a streak line then another ball and a streak line before the firework goes off... but at a sideways angle instead of straight up! then another two lights were extracted from the first bright light along with orange streak lines. they were spaced quite far apart, at a 45 degree angle, moving rapidly for about 20-30 seconds and all but the main light swapped around in formation. the lights then seem to re-absorb one by one into the first bright light and it was moving on the same flight path for 10 seconds before disappearing. at that point the light was out of the cloud. i tried to capture in on my phone but my iphone camera couldn't pick it up.
