It was a shining silver circle perfect not oblong or anything. it seemed to be hovering but it was far away so it could have been traveling towards me or away from me but i'm not sure. after observing it for 5 to 7 seconds it then made a super high speed move in a straight line directly east and it traveled around a 3 inch line from my point of view then disappeared. it was not a meteor lve observed lots of those i know how they react when coming into earths atmosphere and this was not that.
