"We observed 1 red and black reflective blinking light traveling too fast to be a single balloon. the orb moved from west to east then we lost sight of it. i could not tell how large the orb was but what i could tell is that it was not a bird, plane, drone or helicopter. this thing was moving way too even to be a balloon. anyway, my husband took video but nothing showed up. he took pictures and you can't see it except in one picture that barely shows it. i am upset that it was not captured in a photo or video. but if anyone in our area sees this i hope it is still in the area. "
