At approximately 12.10am today 13.7.21 I let my dogs out, my attention was drawn to a dim light in the south-west of the sky, I saw a white light travelling very slowly in a northern direction, it made no sound and was about 2km above me, it stopped when it came into contact with a stationary light. I looked back overt to where I had originally this light which is when I saw a large bright white light was dazzling but I was able to look directly at it. It must have been about half a km in the air. It moved in an easterly direction, the light was massive and when it moved through the clouds the light seemed to reflect and illuminated the edge of what I understood to be a disk, this happened about 10 times, the disk was on its edge, like an upright coin. It looked to be fairly big and maintained a steady speed and height, again there was no sound. I live in the countryside and it was dark and had no other sounds other than some cows next door. I check a radar app for flights, there were none in the cork county area at that time.
