I was at a red light in the intersection of North Decatur road and Briarcliff road on Tuesday, September 28. I always tend to look up at the sky, and in front of me I could see the noon sun ( it was 12:05pm) and I noticed a black large object that looked like a bird in front of it about the same height. I thought it was probably a large eagle or vulture, but made me think the distance was large and the "bird" had to be really huge. Then, it started to lower it's height bouncing side to side and stopped underneath the sun as point of reference. I saw the object starting to get surrounded by static and mist appeared and the object disappeared for a fraction of a second, then it reappeared and instead of mist a perfect small round cloud appeared and the object disappeared. The total duration of my sighting was the duration of the red light at that intersection.
