There was a power cut during the summers and i was on the roof of top floor (around 9 PM) and suddenly I saw two giant red lights just around 100 meters away over the nearby church for only 3 to 5 sec. There was no sound at all. The circumference is visible to me and it's like a disc. Still to this time i was confused what was that.. Nearby military helicopters hover around in sky but they never cross the boundaries of military area and that thing was very quite... That was not a helicopter or kind of any drone, I am pretty sure some other life is also living with us and is hidden.
