On the afternoon of March 10, 2019, I was in my room in my apartment at Russia, St. Petersburg. When I approached the window that overlooks the courtyard, I saw a red fireball above the roof of the opposite wing next to the antenna. The red fireball hung in the air above the roof of the house for about 20 minutes. Then a red fireball with a diameter of approximately less than 50 cm rose slowly upward. I can’t say whether it affected the electricity since I didn’t watch TV at that time and cars didn’t drive in the yard. Then the red fireball simply disappeared. The observation distance from my window to the ball was approximately 30 meters. In general, this is what I saw that day.
