Saw a stationary silvery Cigar shaped UFO in a perfectly clear blue sky for 8 seconds then just disappearedAs I was driving East sky was perfectly clear blue I looked up and saw one silvery cigar shaped object. It was not moving. And then it was gone… I saw another UFO very similar in Spring 2012. The conditions were the same-clear bright blue sky and location was about 20 miles away from this one.I had another person with me at that time of 2012 who was an attorney and is now deceased. I am a retired Nurse.
