I was asleep one night and my room was pitch black, as usual, no street lights or light sources outside my window to possibly light up the room. There are often helicopters moving over my house in the early evening but never at night. A few months ago I was in my bed aroun 11pm, and my room was lit up with a blue bright light. The first time this happened I opened my curtain and saw a sillouette of a figure, the shape didn't look like a human. I'm certain it made eye contact with me and I immediately drew back. The curtain in fear. The light then disappeared. The light appears about 2/3 times a month, however I have not looked out of my window since my first ' encounter'.
