I lost power in my apartment and started to feel almost like the sensation or feeling of energy that you get when you can feel a TV turn on in the house in another room. I was texting my boyfriend at the time. He has had many encounters with UFOs, with the biggest encounter, having his name written in sky on the beach with a witness. He was begging me to pick him up all evening as he claimed he was expecting a visit and had done so by using his self discovered "Reiki" ability and self taught remote viewing principles. As I was explaining the weird sensation and the loss of power I stepped out my front door and as I looked down the street towards the beach I witnessed this huge disc shape craft at almost street level hovering a few feet higher than the Bicycle street sign one block away. He asked me if it had the distinct smell of bumper cars and it did 100%. You could hear this low deep hum in an in and out pattern as if it were rotating at a very rapid pace. The object was illuminating a bright blue/purple glow. I stood in awe. He texted, "TAKE A Photo before gathering myself to take the picture. I still have if you would like to see. We have both, since then, taken more pictures and videos from the area of my first sighting. I live 3 blocks from the beach and 2 from the bay.((NUFORC Note: We question whether this is a serious-minded report, but we cannot be certain.
