Summary : UFO watched over Punta Arenas, Chile on april 15th. 1997.This is a report made by Mario Briones Vidal about a UFO seen over the city of Punta Arenas, Chile; where they could see a very big ship with balls of lights through the fuselaje.They asure to have an excellent video about this UFO recorded by the members of the "Agrupación Oniologica de Chile (AION)", I thing that would be very interesting to have that video.
