I saw a flashing light in Sandy's Bermuda. The light would fade and then go bright again.We saw a lights flashing in the sky over the ocean. At first I thought it was the lighthouse or a light from the ocean, but it wasn't. The light was blue in color and it would fade and then ge brighter.
