Witness Testimony

"I would first like to explain that I did not witness the following occurence, but am mearly reporting it.In the early hours of January 8th, 2009, a sudden noise was witnessed by many residents of Conisholme, Lincolnshire.Later that morning, it became apparent that one of the twenty 200ft tall wind turbines located in fields bordering the village was heavily damaged.
