I saw 6 to 8 lights in a straight line. Equal distance between them. Southeast of Kingman, AZ. Approximatly over the Hualapai Mountains. The lights blinked in order from west to east. About 2 seconds each. No more than 2 at a time except once, where 3 were visible. There was no light hues surrounding them. And there was moderate cloud cover. If the distance was accurate, then the lights were the size of small houses. If the distance wasn't exact, then the lights were the size of a small car. No real movement was evident. They turned on then off.
