I was at home watching a web-cam view of downtown Fairbanks, Alaska when I noticed a bright light in the picture rising above a building in Fairbanks. I captured three images of the light and then a fourth picture after it had gone out of frame. The web-cam is a south-looking camera overlooking Fairbanks from the Fairbanks Daily News - Miner building on the north side of Fairbanks. The web-cam is at www.arcticcam.com.The light initially appeared as one very bright light in the first image, then two in the second image and then possibly three lights in the last. The three images show the object over 51 seconds moving from south to north. There is an Air Force Base in the area (Eielson AFB), but the AFB is almost directly east from the location of the web-cam, and not in the camera's viewing range. I also have a picture a map showing the location of the web-cam, buy I can only upload three images.
