I was walking my dog at 01.30 am just before going to bed when I saw what I thought at first sight was a very bright star but knew this was not the case as it was very low down in the Sky. It was very slow moving and silent it wasn't until it I moved closer to it I realized how low it really was just a few meters higher than the block of flats where I live. I don't live in a huge tower block just two layers with 6 flats within.It went over my head and then it was gone like someone switching of a light. Scotland has many sightings especially in the north east where I live. This is not the first I have seen in this area and not the first in this street. There was a military base in our town that closed a few years back and they used to fly their helicopters over our house in the early mornings sometimes and I assumed they were training exercises for marines.
