Date: 21-July-2014Time: 19:47 (India Time)My Location spot (as per Google Maps): 28.6515502,77.1641823Place: MCD Park, Block B, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi, IndiaWeather: Very few clouds, with almost clear sky.Sunset (Delhi time): 19:19 (India time) - The sky was still clear & bright blue (at 19:47).I was waiting in the park, facing South-East-by-East, and happened to look up. There was a pink colored cloud to my left. I saw a glowing yellow circular object moving from my right to left. It perhaps had a black outline (circumference). An airplane has blinking lights, which appear like dots and the body of the airplane can be easily seen.Whereas, this object, which was almost overhead, about 2 or 3 or 5 degrees away from the zenith (ovehead), was just a glowing yellow circle. It wasn't a beam. It was just glowing. If an airplane light is a dot of 1 mm, this object was about 8 mm to 10 mm in diameter. Since it was almost overhead, I could only see its bottom side - glowing yellow, with perhaps a black outline (circumference). Unlike an airplane, there was nothing beyond the glowing yellow light.I could observe it for 2 to 3 seconds as it moved from my right to left - South-South-West to East-North-East. The left portion of my viewable sky had a pink colored cloud, covering about 30% to 40% of the viewable sky. It took between 2 and 3 seconds for it to move from right & top of the viewable sky and then went behind the pink colored sky. I tried hard to see any faint glow in the clouds, but couldn't see. Normally an airplane light could have been seen in that portion where the could cover appeared thinner. There was no noise, no smoke, no trail. I don't know what it was, but I have never seen any kind of such a yellow glowing disc moving in the sky earlier.
