Taking photos of sunrise atop mount cowlyd, north wales, near trefriw, approx 6 am ish, clear sky, no wind, rainclouds obscuring sunrise in far distance, noticed serquential bangs/rumbles like claps of thunder, though at regular intervals, approx 1/2 seconf apart, startled sheep in field by us, lasted approx 5-10 mins, distracted by animals disturbed, changed direction once, approx 25 degree turn northwards after approaching from west.map co -ords 53.159012,-3.857143 facing west
