Could not sleep, walked outside and it caught my eye because it moving quickly right then left, went and got my binoculars observed it better, could see separate lights and a big x in the middle then saw beams of light coming out the bottom, it stayed in the general area for over 2 hours then finally the sun was starting to come up and it moved North slowly until it disappeared. The object was disc shaped, and changed shape several times, the beams of light coming out the bottom went off, never heard any sound, it was a long ways away but was very easy to see.
