Lighting-like UFO seen in small town pass.I saw it as we were driving through a pass preceding Ladismith.It's a little hard to explain, but essentially it looked like a beam shaped like an arrow head but with longer points, which almost reached the tail.When I first saw it, I thought it was a firecracker, because it was still January, and some of the locals often popped them long after New Year. But then it kinda 'zoomed' away. It just became smaller, like it was flying off. It literally happened in seconds, and it shot off so fast I thought it had disappeared. Only when I thought about it did I realize it had 'stretched' (leaving a trail) in a different direction before disappearing.Its coloring was like lighting. Pure white in the center and edged with a very striking blue light. When it took off it got a very long tail of the same coloring.I didn't see it for long, but I was kind of surprised by it, honestly.
