"On the way back from picking my girlfriend up from work driving down the coast road heading home and to are right of in the distance we both saw a green light about 2-3 mile out at sea drop down from above the clouds it was over and not appear out the bottom of the clouds. Its decent lasted about 3 seconds i have drove that route 100 of times and never witnessed anything like that it was completely silent and seemed like it was a controlled decent. "
