I was in the car heading to Norman OK when I saw a solid red disk over the hill with the Lazy S Ranch name. Seemed to move up and down, then pause, then disintegrate. There were no clouds in the sky at the time the red was very noticeable against the blue sky. I thought it might be a reflection from something in the car but all the lights on the dashboard are blue or green and no one was wearing red jewelry or anything red that could have been reflected in the window. I was looking out the window at the Lazy S Ranch hill and noticed it when I looked at the sky right above the hill. It seemed to bob up and down then pause and seemed to disintegrate or fade away. I was calm during the sighting I couldn't take my eyes off of the disk and it seemed like I had been watching for 10 minutes when it was closer to 10-20 seconds.
