i live in Oklahoma was working security and was watching storm come in late at night around 3 am on 11/17/2015 a bright red and white light at first i thought it was a tower light but then noticed it moving slowely it moved to the south i was facing west at this point i thought it to be a plane coming in cause of the storm but then the light went back the direction it came from back to the north then it stopped and went back west the direction changes where like almost instant the bright light then kept going west for a short distance then stopped and hovered the fell straight down below the tree line at a pace that was alittle slower than just dropping a ball in front of you the after a few seconds 10 to 20 seconds the light came back over the tree line at the same speed straight up and stopped at the same altitude that it started at hovered then continued west a short time and stopped and hovered and dropped again like the first time and like the first time came straight back up to the same spot was straight down below tree line then up again to same spot then the bright light hovered then went west again and stopped hovered and dropped below the tree line like the previous times i watched for it to come back up but this time i didn't see it come back up watch for a few mins to see it come back up but never saw it again and i saw all of this as a storm was going on high winds and mild rain i pretty sure that a plane and a helicopter are not able to move like this
