Witness Testimony

" Three lights on object; horizontal lights; the center one was pulsating and the largest. It was withen ear shot. No sound!While Moose hunting in Quebec, a friend of mine a lieutenant fireman, were crossing a lake to get on ((hunting)) stand, I noticed a pulsating light! it was no more than 1/2 mile away. When I looked at it thru my binoculars, I saw 3 lights on top of each other. The center and largest one was the largest and brightest. It was pulsating gitting so bright I had to look away. I alerted my friend and we stopped the canoe turning it around. We watched this for several minutes, when I took out my mini-mag light and started to flash it at this object. A bright light came out of it and we could see it coming across the lake until it hit us! He panicked and paddled to shore against my will. I wanted to watch it to see what would happen. We watched thru the pines while it kept pulsating. Then in a flash it was gone! My friend was so freaked out when we returned to camp, I was telling the other hunters about it. He would only say we saw something! I have seen on 3 occasions different objects that were unexplainable. My father witnessed 1. He was a highly educated man and had worked on the Manhattion project.((NUFORC Note: We spoke via telephone with the witness, and we found him to be eloquent, objective in his description of the event, and apparently sober-minded.
