Two large light in clouds over Atlanta.I was heading east on HWY 78, in slow moving traffic. I was passing Stone Mountain Park, looking up to Northeast. I saw two large, white lights in a cloud mass. The lights were not moving. I called my neighbor, he was heading east on Five Forks trickum and saw the same. a smaller light came out of the bottom of the cloud flickering went down then went back up as it was reintering the cloud the flickering light faded out. For the next 10 min. the two large light came on and went off two more times from what i saw.I must say it was very strange.
