At 21:00 local time a bright constant red light appeared from behind the Fogo/ Àgua de Pau mountain, travelling from NE to SW at 4.500 ft more or less and with a speed in excess of 300 kt. No beacon, strobe light or navigation light were visible. the object made no sound at all.
