I was in Jamaica, laying on my back on the north side of the island, Montego Bay. It was my 4th time there, and I'm no stranger to the sky in this part of the world. It's full of stars just like the rest of the sky. As I laid there and talked with my lady friend, we both watched the sky and talked. I am into naked eye astronomy and indicated not just one but at least 2 satellites directly above us - perhaps at 70deg North over the horizon or so. I'll go to my grave telling people that a life-long interest in space and probably 10-20 times more hours spent looking at the night sky, both with a telescope and without. This is the only thing I have ever seen that I can not explain. There could have been more of these objects but there were at least two. And nobody can explain to me what these were. Satellites making 17,500mph right angle turns? Satellites that pivot on orbit? A UFO? 2 out of 3 of these things do not exist. I can not identify what I saw, so I am making this report in good faith and with complete honesty.
