I was walking from my dept. in North Eastern Hill University. Since the vacation has started the university is almost empty with deserted places all around. As i was walking towards a canteen I saw a round object with red light flying really slow. First I thought it to be an airplane. But upon much gazing, I saw it was moving really slow and the light seemed to be really big for a plane. It just moved forward slowly and dipped. And also I observed that the sky was cloudy and it had been drizzling a bit.
