I was driving north on i-15 near blackfoot and saw 6 orb lights hovering to the west. an airplane was circling and appeared to be trying to get a better view. the lights/objects just hovered. i counted 6 of them. i couldn't tell if they were lights or if they were reflecting light. when i first noticed them i only noticed 2 or 3. as i got closer i counted 6 of them. three were above in a line and the other three were below as i recall.. after i had been watching them i looked at the clock and it was 2:00 in the afternoon. it was a clear, sunny day. i was unable to take a picture as i was on the interstate.
