I was 14 years old watching sky around 21:00-23:00 on that late evening / night on my home terrace looking toward north / north east in direction of city of Koszalin (city lights from there brighten horizon at cloudy nights). I had pretty good sight view as there were no buildings yet that currently obscure the horizon, I do not remember if there was any other witness around at that time. I remember sky was bit cloudy and it was getting darker in the direction where I noticed strange bright spots appearing on the horizon, I had binoculars but I could not spot the shape as it was moving too quickly and appeared to be partly transparent or of a colour of sky. After seeing it on the horizon I notice it is moving closer to my position. It disappeared for few moments and suddenly showed almost above me (hard to say how far it was but it appeared to be just above neighbour's home roof few dozens of meters ) I remember dimmed lights around it, it was rotating (I could easily notice that these spots are rotating around common central point) and was moving quickly, the move was very smooth, without any sound. I got scared and run away from the terrace I could not match this with any known to me at that time rational explanation. I wrote a note about it and presented to my school class having rather laughter than any serious interest. Few years later when there was a concert I noticed how the lights appear on the clouds when light is directed on them and there was some similarity to my previous sighting on terrace unfortunately I could not find any information about any such events happening on 11 August 1998 in the neighbourhood of my Home (I mean no closer than 50km from my city) so I have no idea what that was.
