Large vertical row of lights rising from horizon, stopping, then right, back to left slowly, stopping, back left, out of my vision.Vertical row of bright lights rising below trees to 10 degrees above stopped then moved right then back to left then to right into trees out of my sight slowly,no noise. This thing was brighter than any star. I'm a private pilot and retired acft maint supervisor, air force mech.
