Cube ufo which kept tuning lights on and off and was extremely close to Earth.I had took a step outside to take a breather, when I had noticed a airplane. I was watching it a light at least 50 miles away came out of no where. I thought it was a tower but it started to move. Every so often, all the lights on the ship would turn off and come back on. When it came closer you could see the shape of it. It was a cube, as far as I could tell, and very close to Earth. It soon passed the building I was at, and didn't go anywhere, just kept moving until out of sight.
