Witness Testimony

"Headed from our cabin to the bathroom on a hill above the St. Lawrence River at Wellsley Island State Park, NY A bright light with flickering colors, bigger in the center with 5 smaller lights around the central light all flickering and smaller than the middle one. It moved to the left at the same altitude, maybe at a 40 - 45 degree angle from the local horizon. It moved at a steady speed, faster than a plane, but not real fast for about 7-9 seconds. As it moved more overhead I could see the outline was disc shaped. It hesitated for a nano-second then increased in speed and altitude moving sharply up and to the right. Maybe 3 seconds and then it looked like a puff of smoke...? and it disappeared."
