Just happened to walk out side. i was looking towards the superstition mountains and noticed an extremly bright object shining in the cloudless blue sky. the object was very bright similar to the colour of a welding flash (bright bluish white) and was very noticeable. it was larger and brighter than a star. i used my skyview app and confirmed it was not a planet. there was a strong constant wind of out of the west around 25mph. object looked as if it was stationary but after 10-15 minutes you could see it was very slowly moving in a west ward direction. the objects seemed to slowly turn red as the sun began to set. i could still see the object even after the sun had set and the sky was dark (faint reddish colour) i am not an expert on weather balloons, but i would figure if that is what i saw it would be moving in the same direction as the wind? i lost sight of it as the sky clouded over.
