Bright light appeared just above treelight when coming back from augusta. happened just sound of waynesboro not far from the prison and near one of the water towers. work partner who was driving thought it was a shooting star. lasted for ~5 seconds. seemed to be like someone turning on their brights for a few seconds and then turning them off again. called fi directly to hand off verbal report within 5 minutes of sighting
