I live on the roof of a tall building, and i saw this thing approaching from a long way out and watched it with binoculars before recording with my phone. it appeared mostly rectangular but had something sticking out of the side and also appeared to have antenna's coming out in different directions. i tried to debunk it as something inflatable, but there was no wind and it was fairly big, at least 10 feet tall . as it approached, it appeared to stop advancing and climbed to a higher altitude then continued to advance in a south west direction. it went out of sight so i re-positioned myself and waited for it.To appear on the other side of the building, and recorded another video. the conditions for recording were terrible, the phone screen was just glare and i was just pointing and hoping because i couldn't see the screen, and i was way off with my aim but i did get it a few times.
