Red and white lights, pulsating, seemingly irregular, maybe 1.5-3 miles out, hard to tell. i let the dog out for the last time and noticed lights where there typically aren't any planes. the flashing seemed different, so i watched it. i love in a rural area in the foothills in central pa, and heavy tree line is about 100 yds from my door. the object was further than my tree line, as i watched; it dipped gently, seeming traveling away, but then bobbed back up just as gently twice more. the third time it travelled beyond my vision because of the trees. it wasn't greatly exaggerated, but seemed like a gentle movement. based on the position of the lights it seemed oval, and i don't recall the lights rotating more than a tiny bit, it seemed to stay facing the same direction.
