I was sitting outside watching cloud moving overhead that carried lightning. no or very minimal thunder and no strikes all cloud to cloud. no rain. i noticed coming from the east to directly over where i was sitting small orb lights blue-ish/white-ish colors moving over or through the clouds. they seemed to follow the edges. the clouds continued to move overhead covering the sky. the light increased in number and movement so i started filiming with my phone. i should have started earlier but i was trying to figure out what it could be. and i couldn't. it's very dark in the video but you can clearly see the lights moving in a sort of fixed route sometimes just one, then two close together, then even times when there are three that seem to be racing along to gather. it was above or in the clouds and it it passed or neared open sky i couldn't see it. but they where avoiding open sky. i live by a park , by a river. there are no lights that would do this anywhere near me. it was late eveing on a thrusday during stay at home orders. i doubt that anyone else saw it. if you weren't paying attention, they blended in with the flashing cloud to cloud lightning. i have a video but i wasn't able to upload it here.
