I saw this in southampton, uk, whilst working late at night on a motorway as a labourer. no one was around, just me and 3 workers. it was pitch black, no planes or other know flying objects were in the sky. suddenly i looked up and saw this. 3 green lights and 1 blue light beside them, if you zoom into the blue light it looks like some kind of insect creature with legs. it was very strange. the lights hovered for around 2 minutes and then disappeared.
