My mate and I didn't have anything to do on this Saturday evening so we decided to park up at the beach for a few drinks and few solid yarns. We arrived at the beach at around 8pm (sober) and it's absolutely deserted. No cars parked up with a few teens having a cheeky joint, no evening walkers on the beach and not even any lights on from the houses along the beachfront which was strange but we didn't think anything of it. So we chat and joke as usual while listening to the music through my cars Bluetooth, and suddenly it's 9pm and we haven't even had any beers yet, this was not strange because my mate and I usually find ouselves going off on mad tangents. Around 9pm we crack open our first beer each from the box and I'm about halfway through my bottle when I look up at the insane amount of stars that were out that night. After scanning the sky to the north I turn my head south ways and continue to marvel at the stars (chatting the whole time). This is when I notice 2 stars close to eachother that seemed to be moving, I thought that was odd but didn't say anything to my mate right then and there because I was still trying to process what I might be witnessing. After a few moments of more intense looking I see that 1 'star' was stationary while the other was bobbing around it in a circular fashion. This is when I jabbed my mate in the ribbs and demanded he look up at what I was seeing in hopes he might know what it is. Alas no, and after probably 10 solid minutes if gawking we just forget about it and head back into the yarns. Now 1 beer has been drunk, and this is important to what happened next because I still to this day cannot remember what occured shortly after downing that beer. Now me and my mate are sitting on the bonnet of my car smoking a cigarette watching the strange star-like white lights we had never seen before,(we have lived here our whole lives). Suddenly I wake up to hear tapping on my window, yes... somehow after staring at the lights for 15 minutes outside my car, we wake up legitimately 10 hours later (around 7am) with my mate slumped over on my passenger seat, and a group of probably 6 or 7 people gathered around my car tapping on it to get our attention. I had to shake my mate with real vigour to wake him up from what seemed like an incredibly deep sleep(was scary to see, his head was far down on his stomach and he was slouched over in what had to be the most uncomfortable position). Yes I assure you we were sober as the whole box was left, minus 2 beers (one each), to this day we cannot remember what happened during the time we suddenly passed out for 10 hours and magicaly appeared back in my car. what's strange for us was that I would have woken him up the second I saw him doze off and he would've done the exact same to me, and so I feel we would've passed out at the same time. I thought our experience was quite similar to most abduction story's minus horrid dreams of the abduction the night after, we have no recollection whatsoever of that night. Thanks for reading this far :) Stay safe out there!
