May 24 weekend. Buddy and I on Husband Lake two nights. Second night at early dusk, still fairly light out, we both stop mid-sentence to pay attention to two lights rising straight up into the sky from what looked like the lake immediately east of us. they were both moving in an erratic pattern with quick sudden directional changes. Caught our eye for two reasons: first, it was still somewhat light out so it was strange to see such bright lights; second, their movements were unlike anything machine in nature. One light became stationary after about a minute while the second flew up and down around it erratically before fading away. The second remained stationary about another 30 seconds before also just fading out slowly into nothing. No sounds and nothing left to see when the lights went out. My best estimate is that they were less than 1000 metres away from us, and rose approximately 3 to 400 metres in height. That's it. Nothing else that night. Except for two wierded out dudes in their tents. Whatever they were - they did not make a sound, nor move like any machines i can imagine.
