To be honest I know that the description sounds a bit contradictory. The reason is that its actually one 2 maybe 3 sightings that night. the first:1. Millsboro on Godwin School Rd about to turn onto rt 24 to head home.2. I was talking on the phone through my car and something caught my eye3. To be honest I thought it was a bomb, it was so bright and a different color that I thought at the time when it disappeared there was going to be a a large boom, but there was nothing.4. Well the one was a quick shot down from the sky and then it turned and headed towards Seaford, turned down a little and disappeared.5. to be honest it was excitement, I was talking on the phone with my friend Linda and I told her all about it.6. It disappeared at a downward angle.The second I didn't have the opportunity to see with my eyes but my friend Donald Gabriel was telling me about it. The reason he called me was because we both saw this same thing 6 years ago almost around the same time. He is also placing a report on here too so you may be able to find it.Another friend Crystal saw an orange glow above the trees in Seaford but it quickly disappeared but we are thinking all 3 are the same in some way.There was a black helicopter swarming the area around the same time. no spot light it was just black with red lights. All I know is that something was up. We tried to get a picture of these but for some reason which Donald will explain the camera on his phone jammed and my sighting was too quick and I was talking on the phone during the sighting.
