numerous strobe lights in skylooks like strobe lights in the sky moving around in no particular pattern. there is an exercise being conducted on Seymour Johnson Air Force Base. these lights are not coming from that area. after about 20 min of watching the lights we could see other aircraft around these lights. then suddenly 2 fighter jets where in route to the lights. then 5 minutes later 3 more fighter jets where in route. after about 10 to 15 more minutes you could here faint booms in the sky. as im typing this. the lights are still in the sky.i also have video from my phone but i dont think it can be seen
