"aprox 30 lights in formation over Milford ct multiple parachutters at approx 8:30p.lights in random formation heading over milford. Approx. 30-35 red/white, non blinking light, no audible sound overhead or doppler type sound at the trail. Lights came in a swarm like formation. from the south east as best I could figure over the dark horizon .
