Glowing cone shaped light over Belpre Ohio 45714A cone shaped light; pulsating orange, pink and red slowly moved from west to east over Belpre area at 7pm to 7:10 pm. It looked like it might have been approximately 2000 feet high. When a plane was approaching from the east close to where the object was hovering it blinked and shot up and toward the north. It lasted about 10 minutes. It made no sound.
