While traveling north on TH 65 south of Mora, MN. I noticed 3 blue lights coming from the east. They made the shape of a triangle. There were NO visable strobe lights on the object. About a football field behind is a plane with lights on and strobes on following. I would say they were less than 1,000' above the ground. Both crafts continued west without changing course. The encounter lasted less than 3 minutes.
