About 6:55 PM, 4 of us watched a light travel from NE to SW, in a straight line. The light was larger than that of an airplane, yellow-orange, and appeared to be travelling at the speed of a jet. It passed in front of a cloud which appeared to be low and not too distant. The strangest aspect was that there was absolutely no sound. It entered a cloud bank and was not seen again.
