My friend and family (2 children) travellng around the belmopan ring road at 11 am to go to lunch spotted a "cloud" which was travelling quite fast changing through various colors above the american embassy complex and lady guadaloupe church which consequently changed direction and passed through a donut shaped hole through another cloud and carried on its direction. it looked like a "seahorse on its back" and moved with a fluttering/wobbelling movement this was on a clear warm sunny day with blue sky and light clouds. i pursuaded my friend to let me submit this on her behalf, and i hope this is of some use. .
